A class about first aid and what to do when the infant gets sick. This class will teach CPR, what to do when a child is choking as well as what to keep in mind when young children are starting to eat solid food or have allergies. This class will also cover topics such as fever and medication to lower fever. All participants will be able to practice using dolls as well as have plenty of time for questions.

This is a class that is suitable for anyone taking care of young children.

Teachers: Guðrún Ingibjörg Þorgeirsdóttir, medical doctor and Haukur Smári Hlynsson, nurse and CPR instructor.

Cost: 12.900 ISK per person. Please let us know if you would like a receipt so that you can seek reimbursement from your union.
